Job Description
HEINEKEN Ethiopia is seeking a safety-conscious and efficient Warehouse Coordinator to manage goods movement, storage, and inventory integrity. The successful candidate will oversee warehouse crew activities, ensure compliance with SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies, and maintain accurate stock records using the company’s ERP/WMS systems.
Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, report incidents, and promote a culture of sustainability and "Safety First."
Warehouse Operations: Coordinate daily tasks for warehouse crews, including loading/unloading, line feeding, and maintaining 5S standards.
Inventory Management: Execute stock movements, perform systematic cycle counts, ensure FEFO application, and manage quarantined raw products.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate ERP/WMS records, prepare daily performance reports, and document delivery discrepancies (overages/shortages/damages).
Asset & Facility Care: Oversee the maintenance of material-handling equipment (FLTs), manage key controls for warehouse doors, and maintain storage rack conditions.
Quality Control: Inspect incoming/outgoing packaging quality and ensure defective goods are identified and segregated.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Logistics/Warehouse operations; FMCG experience is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems, capability to operate material-handling equipment (with valid license), and strong analytical reporting skills.
