Safaricom Ethiopia is seeking a highly motivated and creative MPESA Marketing Communications and Brand Assistant to support marketing campaigns, brand visibility initiatives, and customer engagement activities. The successful candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, strengthening brand awareness, and building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Safaricom Ethiopia is part of an international consortium including Vodafone Group, Safaricom PLC, Vodacom Group, Sumitomo Corporation, and British International Investment (BII).

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
Assist in promoting the MPESA brand across various channels.
Coordinate marketing communication activities and events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a marketing-related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strategic relationships and partnerships.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
