HEINEKEN Ethiopia is looking for a motivated HR Intern to provide administrative and operational support to the HR team. This role is designed for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee records management, and HR reporting while ensuring high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
HR Support: Assist the team in delivering efficient HR service operations.
Administrative Tasks: Provide operational support in recruitment, data management, and filing.
Reporting: Assist with HR reporting and maintaining employee records.
Compliance: Ensure all handled data is organized, accurate, and compliant with company HR guidelines.

Preferred: Prior internship experience or exposure to HR projects.
