HEINEKEN Ethiopia is looking for a motivated HR Intern to provide administrative and operational support to the HR team. This role is designed for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee records management, and HR reporting while ensuring high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

HR Support: Assist the team in delivering efficient HR service operations.

Administrative Tasks: Provide operational support in recruitment, data management, and filing.

Reporting: Assist with HR reporting and maintaining employee records.

Compliance: Ensure all handled data is organized, accurate, and compliant with company HR guidelines.

Requirements

Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resource Management, or related fields.

Experience: Entry Level (Fresh Graduate).

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a high capacity for maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred: Prior internship experience or exposure to HR projects.
